Worth It or Your Money Back
If QuoteVet isn’t worth it to you, for any reason, ask within 60 days of paying and we’ll refund the full amount you paid us.
All we ask in return is a few minutes of honest feedback, so we can fix whatever didn’t work.
How it works

Email us
Email support@quotevet.com from the address you paid with. That’s the only way to ask, and it reaches a person.

Tell us what didn’t work
In a few sentences, tell us what happened and what would have made it worth it. That’s all we ask.

Get your money back
We reply within one business day. Once it’s approved, the full amount goes back to the card you paid with, and banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
What’s covered
- Any reason at all. You don’t have to show that anything went wrong.
- Whatever happened with contractors. It doesn’t depend on how many replied, visited or sent a quote.
- The full amount you paid us. Standard or Premium, every dollar back to your card.
- 60 days to decide. Ask any time within 60 days of the day you paid.
Good to know
- One per household. The guarantee covers one refund per household, meaning the same home address, email or payment card. After a refund you’re welcome to start another project, but that one isn’t covered.
- Tell us what didn’t work. It’s how we learn what to fix. If your email doesn’t say, we’ll ask you once.
- A refund wraps up your project. We stop contacting contractors, let the ones we’ve been talking to know you’ve wrapped up, and cancel visits that haven’t happened yet. Anything already on your project page stays there for you.
- It covers our fee only. QuoteVet isn’t a contractor. Anything you agree to pay a contractor is between you and them.
